David Vogel is a data mining expert based in Orlando, FL where he recently started up DMS in 2007.

David Vogel has developed predictive modeling software that has been successful with many kinds of data sets. His accomplishments include the following:

· 3 time winner of the ACM's KDD Cup, and 2 time runner-up, attesting to the versatility of his modeling capabilities.
· Participation in the Netflix Contest where his team’s recommendation system ranked as high as 6th place out of nearly 30,000 teams world-wide.
· Led the development of a predictive modeling toolbox MITCH, exceptional in scalability, performance and practicality.
· Led the development of MEDai’s methodology for predicting medical outcomes, ranked in a 2006 Society of Actuaries study as the most accurate system on the market.
